Through Aquatic Bodywork and Feldenkrais training, I discovered my body’s ability to heal itself after suffering a serious spinal cord injury. From this experience grew my personal enthusiasm and determination to introduce these healing opportunities to you and as many others as I am able to reach. Both in and out of my private, year-round, warm-water therapy pool, I will teach you how to recognize and benefit from healing body movements that are safe, easy and enjoyable.
