Regular, full, unrestricted membership in ONE will entitle you to attend all regular ONE meetings as well as additional business mixers, parties and other events held throughout the course of the year. Our members also are featured in published printed materials and on the ONE web site where links are provided to their own business web sites and social media. To optimize our business opportunities, we regularly attend all monthly meetings; additional mixers and other events; and conduct One-on-One meetings with fellow members to foster a better working relationship within the group.
Of course, referrals – both giving and receiving – are one of the main reasons we network and as such are a staple of ONE. We are strongly encouraged to give “Warm” referrals rather than “Cold” ones because they give us the best opportunity to be successful. At the end of each year recognition and awards are given to those members with the Best Attendance; Most Guests Invited; Most One-on-One meetings conducted; and, of course, Most Referrals Given.
Annual membership dues are surprisingly low, especially when you consider how much you get in return. As members, we have a support network of friends to encourage, advise, solve problems and refer to. Sound interesting? Thank you for your interest in becoming a ONE Endorsed Partner. Business women or men who do not have the time or ability to join ONE as full Members may join as Endorsed Partners. As such, they have a limited, partial membership in ONE that gives them certain opportunities to increase their business’s exposure without the additional expectations of being a regular Member.
We understand that you may be too busy to join a referral group on a regular basis but would still like to be a part of a supportive network. For that reason ONE is pleased to offer you this opportunity to become one of our Endorsed Partners. As you and your business become known to us, you will be able to give and receive business referrals to and from our regular members and our other Endorsed Partners.

Guests are always welcome to attend any of our meetings as long as they represent an open business category – one not represented by a current Member. We welcome Guests and New Members in a variety of categories that will bring dynamic and complimentary new dimensions to our ONE. Come meet our Members and experience some of the positive effects that joining our team could do for you and your business growth.
Other than purchasing a meal, there is no charge for you to attend your first two ONE meetings. After your second visit, we do ask that you consider becoming a Member. Our ONE meetings are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month in the private meeting room at Cafe 477 La Jolla, 8950 Villa La Jolla Dr. Ste B123, La Jolla, CA 92037.
