Our member spotlight will be on Shelley Cassars, Owner and Chef of Cafe 477 Encinitas and Cafe 477 La Jolla. Shelley will share how she "fell into" owning two cafes, the food they serve, the services they offer and the coffee that her husband and co-owner, Stephen brings to the business.
